摘 要:采用混凝沉淀法对酸洗废液进行直接处理,利用重金属捕捉剂(CU3#)、高分子絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)进行配合去除废液中的铁离子,并通过改变实验参数(PAC和CU3^(#)投入量、搅拌方式、温度等)探寻最佳去除工艺条件,同时考察了处理后的酸液可循环使用情况。结果显示:在不改变废液酸性条件下,每50 mL废液直接投加10 mL的7.5%PAC、1 mL的0.2%PAM的溶液、温度为35℃、搅拌方式为400 r·min^(-1)快速搅拌5 min后再以150 r·min^(-1)慢速搅拌5 min、CU3^(#)的投加量为3m L时,铁去除率达到最高为74.03%。同时处理后的酸液能够重复使用5次以上,达到酸洗废液循环再利用的目的。The treatment of pickling waste liquid was studied by coagulation precipitation method.The suitable method for measuring iron mass concentration in steel pickling waste liquid was explored,and the iron mass concentration in pickling waste liquid was determined.The iron ion in waste liquid was removed by using heavy metal capture agent(CU3^(#)),polymer flocculant polyaluminum chloride(PAC)and high molecular flocculant polyacrylamide(PAM).And the influence of PAC and PAM dosage,temperature and other factors on the flocculation effect was explored,the best process was selected to achieve the purpose of recycling pickling waste,and the recycle condition of the treated acid solution was investigated.The best process conditions obtained in the experiment were as follows:for every 50 mL waste liquid,10 mL 7.5%PAC and 1 mL 0.2%PAM,reaction temperature 35℃,stirring method 400 r·min^(-1)rapid stirring for 5 min and then 150 r·min^(-1)slow stirring for 5 min.,CU3^(#)dosage 3 mL.Under these conditions,the conversion rate of Fe;reached 74.03%.The treated acid could be reused more than 5 times to achieve the purpose of recycling the pickling waste liquid.
