摘  要:铂铝涂层是高温防护涂层领域应用最为广泛的防护涂层之一,但其在长期高温服役后会形成对基体性能有害的含有针尖状TCP相的二次反应区(SRZ),这种针尖状TCP相严重影响基体的高温力学性能,在使用过程中应减少TCP相析出。为此在普通铂铝涂层与基体之间利用电弧离子镀的方式预先制备一层Ni20Cr涂层,得到(Ni,Pt)Al/Ni20Cr的复合涂层体系,研究复合涂层在1100℃条件下恒温氧化行为。结果表明:(Ni,Pt)Al/Ni20Cr复合涂层的互扩散区厚度有了明显降低,且复合涂层下方的SRZ生长速度缓慢,预镀Ni20Cr层起到了明显的抑制SRZ生成作用。预镀Ni20Cr层能一定程度上缓解基体与涂层之间的元素互扩散行为,可改善基体的高温力学性能,能有效抑制涂层的退化进而延长使用寿命。Platinum-aluminum coating is currently one of the most widely used protective coatings in the field of high-temperature protective coatings,but after long-term high-temperature service,it will form a secondary reaction zone(SRZ)containing needle-shaped TCP phases that is harmful to the performance of the substrate.This needle-shaped TCP phase seriously affects the high-temperature mechanical properties of the substrate.In this paper,a layer of Ni20Cr coating was prepared in advance by arc ion plating between the ordinary platinum aluminum coating and the substrate to obtain a(Ni,Pt)Al/Ni20Cr composite coating system.The isothermal oxidation behavior of the coating at 1100℃was studied.It was concluded that the thickness of the interdiffusion zone of the(Ni,Pt)Al/Ni20Cr composite coating was significantly reduced,and the growth rate of SRZ under the composite coating was slow,and the plated Ni20Cr layer had played a significant role in inhibiting the formation of SRZ.It showed that the Ni20Cr layer could alleviate the interdiffusion behavior of the elements between the substrate and the coating,improving the high-temperature mechanical properties of the substrate,and effectively inhibiting the degradation of the coating and extending the service life.
