噁拉戈利中间体成盐及盐型固态性质研究

摘　　要：开发了噁拉戈利中间体(噁拉戈利乙酯)油状物成盐结晶的条件,通过研究得到噁拉戈利乙酯的己二酸盐和磷酸盐。采用X-射线粉末衍射分析法(XRPD)、偏光显微镜法(PLM)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)等常规理化分析方法,对得到的两种盐型进行了表征。研究发现得到的己二酸盐为晶体样品,磷酸盐固体样品为无定型,二者的纯度均高于99%。通过成盐实现了油状物的固化,有利于生产过程中的质量控制、贮存和运输。The conditions of forming salt crystals from elagolix intermediate(elagolix ethyl ester)were studied,and the adipate and phosphate of oleaginous ethyl ester were obtained.The obtained salt was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRPD),polarized light microscopy(PLM)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).It was found that adipate was crystal sample,and phosphate solid sample was amorphous,and the purity of both was higher than 99%.The crystallization of oil sample was realized through salt forming,which was beneficial to quality control,storage and transportation in production process.
