载体改性对Ni基催化剂分解四氢呋喃的影响

摘  要:利用等体积浸渍法制备了不同金属改性载体的Ni/M_(x)O_(y)-Al_(2)O_(3)(M:Mg、La、Ce)催化剂,以四氢呋喃(THF)为模型化合物,对Ni/M_(x)O_(y)-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂催化降解THF制氢活性进行评价。结果表明,添加助剂Ce、La、Mg后,THF转化率分别提高了12.7%、32.8%和31.0%。利用N_(2)物理吸附、X射线衍射(XRD)和氢气程序升温还原(H_(2)-TPR)等方法对不同载体的Ni/M_(x)O_(y)-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂进行表征。结果表明,La、Ce、Mg的添加减弱了NiO与载体的相互作用,使得催化剂还原温度降低;La、Mg的氧化物高度分散于催化剂表面,但CeO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)复合载体在2θ为28.6°和56.3°处出现了CeO_(2)特征衍射峰,催化剂表面生成了CeO_(2)微晶颗粒。Ni-based catalysts supported on different metals modified Al_(2)O_(3) are prepared via equivalent-volume impregnation method.Taking tetrahydrofuran(THF)as model compound,the catalytic activities of Ni/M_(x)O_(y)-Al_(2)O_(3)(M=Mg,La or Ce)catalysts are examined through catalyzing the decomposition of THF to hydrogen.The results show that the conversion rate of THF is increased by 12.7%,32.8%and 31.0%over Ni/Al_(2)O_(3) modified by Ce,La and Mg,respectively.N_(2) physical adsorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and hydrogen temperature programmed reduction(H_(2)-TPR)are employed to characterize Ni/M_(x)O_(y)-Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts.The results show that the addition of La,Ce and Mg weakens the interaction between NiO and the support,and drops the reduction temperature of the catalyst.The oxides of La and Mg disperse highly on the surface of the catalysts,but the characteristic diffraction peaks of CeO_(2) at 2θ=28.6°and 56.3°are discovered in CeO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) support,showing that CeO_(2) microcrystalline particles are formed on the surface of the catalysts.
