摘  要:为解决2219铝合金焊接法兰锻件晶粒粗大、纤维方向与结构受力方向垂直等问题,采用室温拉伸试验,结合光学显微镜进行组织观察与分析,研究了锻造工艺对其组织与性能的影响。结果表明:单次镦粗工艺对组织与性能影响甚微;多向锻造工艺能有效打破棒材的纤维组织,并使锻件各向异性降低。在高温下一次成形的各种锻造工艺,锻件晶粒尺寸均达到毫米级;在较低终锻温度下结束变形,能使锻件组织显著细化、均匀化;采用终锻温度较低的两镦一拔变形工艺,能获得组织均匀、晶粒细小的2219铝合金法兰锻件,且锻件的径向伸长率比轴向高57%,显著提高了焊接结构可靠性。To solve the problems that the grain is coarse and the fiber direction is perpendicular to the structural stress direction of welded flange forgings of 2219 aluminum alloy.Tensile test at room temperature combining with microstructure observation and analysis using optical microscope was carried out to study the effects of forging process on its microstructure and properties.The results show that single upsetting process has little effect on microstructure and properties;multi-directional forging process can break the fiber structure of bar effectively and reduce the anisotropy of the forging.The grain size of the forgings obtained by different forging processes in one step at high temperature reaches millimeter magnitude;the microstructure of forgings can be significantly refined and homogenized when the deformation is finished at a lower final forging temperature.The 2219 aluminum alloy flange forgings with uniform structure and fine grain can be obtained using“upsetting-drawing-upsetting”process at a lower final forging temperature,and the radial elongation of forgings is 57%higher than axial elongation,which significantly improves the reliability of the welded structure.
