摘 要:针对某平整机组轧制过程中伸长率达不到设定值和板形不良的问题,分析平整轧制影响因素,充分考虑薄硬料轧制的工艺特点,通过优化机组工艺润滑制度静态和动态参数,建立了适应双机架薄硬料平整轧制的伸长率拓展技术模型。通过某钢厂1420连退平整机组进行了线上实验,利用优化模型对机组的生产工艺参数实现了在线调整,对比优化前后同规格产品参数,优化后现场成品伸长率提升了22%,伴随着改善了板形,浪高平均值由3.27 mm下降到0.74 mm,满足了现场生产的技术指标,由此形成了一套薄硬料平整轧制过程工艺润滑制度综合优化方法。In view of the problems that the elongation can not reach the set value and the shape of plate is not good in the rolling process of a temper mill unit,the influencing factors of temper rolling were analyzed,the process characteristics of thin and hard material rolling were fully considered,the elongation expansion technology model suitable for the temper rolling of thin and hard material with double racks was established by optimizing the static and dynamic parameters of process lubrication system of the unit.The online experiment was carried out by 1420 continuous annealing and temper mill unit of a steel plant.The production process parameters of the unit were adjusted online by using the optimization model.The product parameters before and after the optimization with the same specification was compared.The elongation of the finished product is increased by 22%after optimization.With the improvement of plate shape,the average wave height decreases from 3.27 mm to 0.74 mm,which meets the technical indicators of the field production.Thus,a comprehensive optimization method of process lubrication system in temper rolling process of thin and hard material is formed.
