摘  要:含砷硫化矿物是重要的载金矿物,常存在于浮选金精矿中,对后续浸金过程不利,会降低金的浸出率。常见的含砷硫化矿物主要有砷黄铁矿、雄黄和雌黄,这3种矿物都会在浸金过程中消耗氧化剂和浸出剂,其反应后的产物会覆盖在金表面而致其钝化,阻碍了金的进一步溶解。金还常以显微、次显微和晶格金的形式嵌布于砷黄铁矿中,采用常规的磨矿技术难以使金充分暴露,这也是含砷金矿浸出率不高的重要原因。对矿石进行预处理如细菌氧化、氧化焙烧、加压氧化等,以及添加助剂硝酸铅、SmD和CMC等,都可以有效提高金浸出率。Arsenic-bearing sulfide is a kind of important gold-bearing mineral which often exists in gold flotation concentrates.The presence of such a sulfide in the gold concentrate may leads to the lower gold leaching rate of the subsequent gold ore leaching unit.The common arsenic-bearing sulfide minerals are mainly composed of arsenopyrite,realgar and orpiment.In the process of gold leaching,these minerals would consume oxidant and leaching reagent,and their reaction product covered on the gold surface facilitates its inactivation,thus preventing gold ore from further dissolution.Gold minerals are also disseminated in arsenopyrite in the form of microscopic,submicroscopic or lattice gold.As a result,it is difficult to fully expose the gold by use of conventional grinding technology,which is also a critical cause for the low leaching rate of arsenic-bearing gold ore.Some ore pretreatment approaches such as bacterial oxidation,oxidation&calcination,pressurized oxidation,and the use of additives including lead nitrate,SmD and CMC are effective solutions to the improvement on gold leaching rate.
