厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗高血压病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析厄贝沙坦联合美托洛尔缓释片治疗高血压病患者的临床效果。方法本文的96例研究对象属于2017年8月至2018年8月到我院治疗的高血压患者,所有患者均按随机方法分为观察组和对照组,两组同为48例。两组患者均用药厄贝沙坦,观察组在此基础上联合用药美托洛尔缓释片,对不同用药之后的治疗有效率、治疗前后的血压,心率水平、用药不良反应、生活质量和整体满意度等进行统计与比较。结果①观察组(46例,占95.83%)相比对照组(40例,占83.33%)治疗有效率较高(P<0.05)。②用药前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率水平均有所缓和,但观察组的缓和水平更理想(P<0.05)。③相比对照组(3例,占6.25%),观察组(4例,占8.33%)的用药不良反应发生率并无明显的增加,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。④用药前,两组患者的生活质量水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),用药后,两组患者的生活质量水平均有所缓和,但观察组的缓和水平更理想(P<0.05)。⑤相比对照组(39例,占81.25%)而言,观察组(47例,占97.92%)用药后的满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论常规用药和贝沙坦的基础上,联合美托洛尔缓释片可适用于对高血压病患者的治疗,对提升治疗有效率具有重要意义,可以有效的控制患者的收缩压和舒张压水平并稳定及心率,而且用药安全,能提高整体生活质量,使患者对治疗工作更为满意。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension. Methods The 96 subjects in this study belonged to hypertensive patients who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 48 cases in both groups. Both groups of patients were treated with irbesartan, and the observation group was additionally treated with metoprolol sustained-release tablets. Results(1) Compared with the control group(40 cases, 83.33%), the observation group(46 cases, accounting for 95.83%) had a higher level of therapeutic efficacy(P<0.05).(2) Before medication, there was no significant difference in the levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). It was more ideal, in line with statistical difference(P<0.05).(3) Compared with the control group(3 cases, accounting for 6.25%), the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(4 cases, accounting for 8.33%) did not increase significantly, the difference was not significant(P>0.05).(4) Before the treatment, the difference in the quality of life of the two groups of patients was no significant(P>0.05). After the treatment, the quality of life of the two groups of patients was alleviated, but the remission level of the observation group was more ideal(P<0.05).(5) Compared with the control group(39 cases, accounting for 81.25%), the observation group(47 cases, accounting for 97.92%) was satisfied after the drug there was a high level value of degree(P<0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine medication and besartan, combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets can be suitable for the treatment of hypertensive patients.
