尿干化学检验与尿沉渣检验在临床尿液检验中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的 分析尿干化学检验与尿沉渣检验在临床尿液检验中的应用效果,以期为后续临床检验工作中提供可参考的依据。方法纳入病例时间选在2017年10月,截止纳入病例时间选在2018年10月,选取上述时间段到我院接受临床尿液检验的120例患者作为观察对象,收集120例患者清晨空腹状态下的尿液,实施尿干化学检验以及尿沉渣检验,记录尿液样本中的白细胞数值和红细胞数值,将尿检患者经过2种检验之后的结果进行比较,调查两组受检者的治疗效果,分析这2种细胞的阳性率和阴性率。结果 尿干化学检验方法检测出来的红细胞阳性率比尿沉渣检验检测出来的阳性率要高,而白细胞阳性率则比尿沉渣检验检测出来的阳性率要低,2种临床尿液检验方法的结果差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在临床尿液检验中采用尿干化学检验与尿沉渣检验具有较高的临床价值,尿干化学检验和尿沉渣检验法都有一定的优点,为提高临床尿液检验的诊断准确率,在实际临床尿液检验工作中可根据患者的具体情况,将这2种方法结合起来使用,以提升临床检验准确性。Objective: to analyze the effect of urine dry chemistry test and urine sediment test in the clinical urine test, in order to provide reference for the follow-up clinical work. Methods The time of included cases was selected in October 2017, and the time of included cases was selected in October 2018. The 120 patients who went to our hospital for clinical urine test were selected as observation subjects. Urine samples from 120 patients were collected on an empty stomach in the morning. Urine dry chemistry tests and urine sediment tests were performed to record WBC and RBC values in the urine samples, the results of the two tests were compared, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were investigated.The positive and negative rates of the two kinds of cells were analyzed. Results The positive rate of red blood cells by urine dry chemistry test was higher than that by urine sediment test, while the positive rate of white blood cells was lower than that by urine sediment test, there was significant difference between the two urine test methods(P<0.05). Conclusion The urine dry chemistry test and the urine sediment test have high clinical value in the clinical urine test. Both the urine dry chemistry test and the urine sediment test have certain advantages. In order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of the clinical urine test, in the actual clinical urine test work according to the specific conditions of patients can be combined with the use of these two methods to improve the accuracy of clinical tests.
