摘 要:目的 分析尿常规检验中联用干化学法和尿沉渣的临床效果。方法 用我院2019—2021年收治的242例需进行尿常规检验的患者,按照随机抽签法分为参照组121例、观察组121例。在尿常规检验中仅为参照组用干化学法,观察组用干化学法联合尿沉渣,比较两组定量白细胞和定量红细胞阳性率和阴性率。结果 检查后,观察组(65.29%)的定量白细胞阳性率高于参照组(45.45%),观察组(50.41%)的定量红细胞阳性率多于参照组(37.19%),观察组(34.71%)的定量白细胞阴性率比参照组(54.55%)低,观察组(49.59%)的定量红细胞的阴性率比参照组(62.81%)少,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 干化学法与尿沉渣联合检验能提高尿液中白细胞和红细胞的分辨率,使检验准确度变高。尿常规检验中同时进行干化学法和尿沉渣检验,能提高检验结果的正确率,降低假阴性率,使临床医师能较直观的分析病情,明确诊治方向。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of dry chemistry combined with urine sediment in routine urine examination. Methods A total of 242 patients admitted to our hospital from 2019 to 2021 who needed routine urine test were randomly divided into the reference group(n=121)and the observation group(n=121). In routine urine test, only the reference group was used dry chemistry method, and the observation group was used dry chemistry method combined with urine sediment, and the positive and negative rates of quantitative white blood cells and quantitative red blood cells were compared between the two groups. Results After examination, the positive rate of quantitative white blood cells in the observation group(65.29%) was higher than that in the reference group(45.45%), the positive rate of quantitative red blood cells in the observation group(50.41%) was higher than that in the reference group(37.19%), and the negative rate of quantitative white blood cells in the observation group(34.71%) was lower than that in the reference group(54.55%). The negative rate of quantitative RBC in the observation group(49.59%) was less than that in the reference group(62.81%), and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dry chemical method combined with urine sediment test can improve the resolution of white blood cells and red blood cells and increase the sensitivity of the test. In routine urine examination, both dry chemical method and urine sediment test can improve the accuracy of test results, reduce the probability of test error, make clinical diagnosis and treatment more intuitive analysis of the disease, clear diagnosis and treatment direction.
