浮针联合微波治疗急性期肩周炎患者的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察浮针联合微波治疗急性期肩周炎患者的成效。方法 选取2019年1月至2019年6月于本院进行疾病检查及治疗的74例肩周炎患者为研究对象,采用硬币随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组患者采用单一的单纯浮针治疗,观察组则采用浮针联合微波治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者VAS评分为(2.20±0.60)分,对照组为(3.50±1.20)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者的Melle评分为(3.80±1.10)分,明显优于对照组的(2.80±0.90)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.30%,对照组为83.78%,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 采用浮针联合微波治疗措施对于急性肩周炎患者的治疗更为有效,有利于缓解疼痛度,提升肩关节活动能力,从而提升治疗整体成效。Objective To observe the effect of floating acupuncture combined with microwave in the treatment of patients with acute scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods A total of 74 patients with frozen shoulder who underwent disease inspection and treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects, and divided into an observation group and a control group by coin random method, with 37 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with single floating acupuncture, while the observation group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with microwave therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The VAS score of the observation group was(2.20±0.60), and the control group was(3.50±1.20), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The Melle score of the observation group was(3.80±1.10), which was significantly better than that of the control group(2.80±0.90), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 97.30% in the observation group and 83.78% in the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Loating needle combined with microwave treatment is more effective for the treatment of acute periarthritis of shoulder, which is conducive to relieve pain, improve the ability of shoulder joint activity, and improve the overall effect of treatment.
