经腹按摩仪导入补中益气汤凝胶对顽固性便秘患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨经腹按摩仪导入补中益气汤凝胶对顽固性便秘的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年7月至2021年7月就诊于黑龙江省医院中西医结合科及康复科的气虚型功能性便秘患者90例,随机分成3组:口服药物治疗组30例(口服聚乙二醇颗粒),腹部按摩仪治疗组30例及腹部按摩仪药物导入组30例。比较治疗后3组患者的中医证候积分、Wexner便秘评分、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后1个月,腹部按摩仪药物导入组的排便费力、气短、神疲、乏力、懒言症状积分均低于口服药物治疗组、腹部按摩仪治疗组(P <0.05);治疗后1个月,腹部按摩仪药物导入组的Wexner便秘评分低于口服药物治疗组、腹部按摩仪治疗组(P <0.05);治疗后,腹部按摩仪药物导入组患者的治疗总有效率高于口服药物治疗组、腹部按摩仪治疗组(P <0.05);治疗后,腹部按摩仪药物导入组患者出现腹胀、痉挛性腹痛、肠鸣、恶心的不良反应总发生率为6.67%,显著低于口服药物治疗组的33.33%及腹部按摩仪治疗组的23.33%(P <0.05)。结论 经腹按摩仪导入补中益气汤凝胶对顽固性便秘患者的治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者的临床症状,缓解便秘,且不良反应发生情况较少。Objective To explore the clinical effect of buzhong yiqi decoction gel introduced by abdominal massage instrument on intractable constipation. Methods From July 2020 to July 2021, 90 patients with functional constipation due to qi deficiency were selected from the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and Rehabilitation of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital. They were randomly divided into three groups: 30 cases in oral medication group(oral polyethylene glycol granules), 30 cases in abdominal massage therapy group and 30 cases in abdominal massage therapy group. The scores of TCM syndromes, Wexner constipation score, effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups after treatment. Results One month after treatment, the symptom scores of defecation exertion, shortness of breath, listlessness, fatigue and laziness in the drug-introduction group of abdominal massage instrument were lower than those in the oral drug treatment group and the abdominal massage instrument treatment group(P<0.05). One month after treatment, the Wexner constipation score of the abdominal massage therapy group was lower than that of the oral medication group and the abdominal massage therapy group(P<0.05). After treatment, the effective rate of patients in the abdominal massage therapy group was higher than that in the oral medication group and the abdominal massage therapy group(P<0.05). After treatment, the total incidence rate of abdominal distension, spasmodic abdominal pain, bowel sounds and nausea in patients in the drug-introduction group of abdominal massage instrument was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than that in the oral drug treatment group(33.33%) and the abdominal massage instrument treatment group(23.33%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Introducing buzhong yiqi decoction gel through abdominal massage instrument has a remarkable effect on intractable constipation, effectively improving the clinical symptoms of patients, relieving constipation, and the occurrence of a
