陕西宁强县中药资源现状及特色药用植物分析

摘　　要：目的:对陕西宁强县药材资源种类进行全面调查和数据分析。方法:按照全国中药资源普查技术规范,结合宁强县植被特点,全县共设置44个样地(灌丛15个,阔叶林23个,针叶林6个);在野外样方调查的基础上,补充线路调查、采集腊叶标本和物种鉴定;最后,对全县药用植物资源种类进行统计分析。结果:宁强县实际完成40个样地(灌丛13个,阔叶林21个,针叶林6个),200个样方套,1200个样方(乔木和灌木各200个,草本800个)。通过物种鉴定,确定宁强县域内共有1085种药材,来源于133科531属。其中,特色药用植物33科57属61种。结论:通过中药资源普查,全面掌握了宁强县的药材资源种类和分布状况,全县药用植物资源丰富,特色种类较多。Objective:The resource types of traditional Chinese medicine in Ningqiang county of Shaanxi province were investigated and analyzed. Methods:According to the technical specifications of the national survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources and combining the vegetation characteristics of Ningqiang county,a total of 44 sample plots(15 shrubs,23 broadleaf forests and 6 coniferous forests)were set up in the county. On the basis of field sample investigation,supplementary line investigation,collect of wax leaf specimens and species identification. Finally,the species of medicinal plant resources in the whole county were analyzed statistically. Results:Ningqiang county actually completed 40 sample plots(13 shrub plots,21 broad-leaved forests,6 coniferous forests),200 quadrats,1200 quadrats(200trees and shrubs,800 herbs). According to species identification,there were 1085 kinds of medicinal materials in Ningqiang county,which came from 531 genera of 133 families. Among them,61 species of characteristic medicinal plants belonged to 57 genera and 33 families.Conclusion:Through the general survey of traditional Chinese medicine resources,the species and distribution of medicinal materials resources in Ningqiang county were comprehensively mastered. The county is rich in medicinal plant resources and has more characteristic species.
