摘 要:针对空调用钣金件电器盒需要对接缝处进行焊接处理,设计了六工位高频电阻焊接系统,可自由选择人工方式和工业机器人两种进料模式,待焊件逐次经过上料工位、检测工位、焊接工位及下料工位后变为成品。待焊件依靠分割器实现工位旋转,精准旋转停靠在下一道工序工位。焊接工位采取高频电阻焊方式焊接电器盒不同接合边。通过搭建PLC控制系统来实现对电磁阀、气缸及焊接系统等控制。Aiming at the need to weld the joints of electrical box of sheet metal parts used in air conditioning,a six-station high-frequency resistance welding system was designed.Manual mode and industrial robot feeding mode could be freely selected.The parts to be welded passed through feeding station,testing station,welding station and cutting station,and then become finished products.The parts to be welded relied on the splitter to realize rotation of the station and accurately rotate and dock at the next working station.High frequency resistance welding method adopted to weld different joint edges of electrical box in welding station.Through construction of PLC control system,the control of solenoid valve,cylinder,welding system was achieved.
