摘　　要：为在建筑领域落实我国绿色发展理念,有效降低超高层建筑物夏日空调和冬日供暖耗能,论文从其供暖和空调系统余热利用原则入手,深入探究了建筑物供暖及空调余热利用理论,提出了超高层建筑物供暖及空调余热利用的注意事项。In order to effectively reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning in summer and winter in super high-rise buildings,this paper starts with the principles of waste heat utilization in heating and air conditioning systems,deeply explores the theory of waste heat utilization in building heating and air conditioning,and puts forward some precautions for waste heat utilization in super high-rise buildings.
