新型波形腹板钢箱梁焊接质量控制措施分析

摘　　要：泾河特大桥第5联~第7联为新型波形腹板钢箱梁,而钢箱梁构件的安装过程中焊接工作量较大,对焊接质量的要求也较高,论文针对该桥的焊接结构特点,提出了拟执行的焊接质量控制措施,包括选择匹配的焊材和工艺,按照工艺评定试验结果编制详细焊接工艺规程,完善焊接质量控制措施等,以保证焊接质量和桥梁安全。The 5th to 7th links of Jinghe Super Large Bridge are new-type corrugated web steel box girders,and the welding work of steel box girders is large in the installation process,which requires high welding quality.In view of the welding structure characteristics of the bridge,the paper puts forward the welding quality control measures to be implemented,including the selection of matching welding materials and technology,the preparation of detailed welding procedure according to the process evaluation test results,and the establishment and improvement of welding quality control measures,so as to ensure the welding quality and bridge safety.
