京沪高铁建设对京津冀、山东“一圈一带”城市经济联系的影响

摘　　要：京沪高铁建设极大改变了京津冀城市群与山东“一圈一带”城市圈的交通格局,必将对城市间的经济联系产生重大影响。利用修正的引力模型和加权集成法,研究城市间的经济联系强度及等时圈的变化特性;选取山东“一圈一带”途径高铁的6个城市、京津冀城市群的7个城市,展示京沪高铁开通对两区域城市间经济联系的影响。结论表明,京沪高铁建设显著提升两区域城市间经济联系强度,显著改变了可达性空间格局。京沪高铁扩大了等时圈的范围,可达时间变化率也显著提升。The construction of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway has greatly changed the traffic structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and “the One Circle and One Belt” urban circle of Shandong, which will have a significant impact on the economic link between the cities. Using the modified gravity model and weighted integration method, this paper studies the economic linkage intensity of the city and describes the change of strength with isochronous circle graph. Choosing the six cities of the the One Circle and One Belt urban circle of Shandong, and the seven cities of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city group, this paper also studies impact of the opening of Beijing Shanghai high-speed railway on the economic connections between the urban cities in the two regions. Conclusions show that the construction of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail has significantly enhanced the economic linkage intensity between urban areas, and changed the accessibility spatial pattern. The Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail has expanded the range of isochronous circle, and significantly improved the reachable time change rate.
