摘 要:高压柜KYN作为物流港口的重要电力设备,其自动化程度远远落后于起重机等作业机械。在原有的高压柜KYN结构基础上,对其整体结构、电源驱动系统以及智能控制器模块进行了设计,并结合组态技术以及PLC控制技术,对其逻辑的正确性进行了实验验证。在此基础上通过触控屏整合高压柜主要功能模块,促进了高压柜电力系统管理信息化自动化发展。As an important power equipment of Logistics Port,the automation degree of high-voltage cabinet KYN is far behind that of crane and other operation machinery.Based on the original KYN structure of high-voltage cabinet,this paper designs its overall structure and power drive system,designs its intelligent controller module combined with configuration technology and PLC control technology,and experimentally verifies the correctness of its logic,and integrates its energy storage,swing in and out of KYN circuit breaker handcart of high-voltage cabinet on the touch screen The opening and closing functions of grounding knife switch and circuit breaker can monitor its operation state,promote the development of automation of high-voltage cabinet,and improve the management informatization and automation level of port power system.
