摘 要:为解黔产花椒树桑寄生与皂角树桑寄生的黄酮、多糖及人体必需金属元素含量情况,应用三氯化铝醋酸钠显色法、硫酸-苯酚法和ICP-MS、ICP-OES分别测定了黔产两种桑寄生叶片和茎枝中黄酮、多糖及人体必需金属元素含量。结果表明:(1)黔产花椒树桑寄生叶片和枝茎中的黄酮含量分别为22.23 mg/g和71.22 mg/g,多糖含量分别为0.53 mg/g和0.26 mg/g,皂角树桑寄生叶片和茎枝中的黄酮含量分别为58.91 mg/g和13.89 mg/g,多糖含量分别为0.87 mg/g、0.63 mg/g。(2)皂角树桑寄生叶片中的黄酮含量大约是花椒树桑寄生叶片中黄酮含量的2.7倍,而花椒树桑寄生枝茎中的黄酮含量比皂角树桑寄生枝茎中黄酮含量的5倍还要多。(3)多糖含量无论是在叶片中还是在茎枝中都是皂角树桑寄生高于花椒树桑寄生,分别达1.6倍和2.4倍。(4)所有样品均含有丰富的12种人体必需元素,K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、V、Co、Cr在花椒树桑寄生和皂角树桑寄生中的含量均表现为叶片高于枝茎,Zn、Mo、Ni在两种桑寄生中的含量则均表现为枝茎高于叶片,Cu在两种桑寄生叶片与枝茎中的含量均相差不大。The methods ofaluminiumtrichloride sodium acetate colorimetry,phenol-sulphate acid,ICP-MS and IcpOESwere adoptedrespectively to determine contents of flavonoids,polysaccharides and essential metal elementsin the leaves and stems of Taxillus Sutchuensis Danser of Zanthoxylumbungeanum and Taxillus Sutchuensis Danser of Gleditsiasinensis from Guizhou.The results show that:(1) Total contents of flavonoids in the leaves and stems of TaxillusSutchuensisDanser of Zanthoxylumbungeanumwere 22.23,71.22 mg/g respectively,the contents of polysaccharide were 0.53 and 0.26 mg/grespectively.Total contents of flavonoids in the leaves and stems of TaxillusSutchuensisDanser of Gleditsiasinensiswere 58.91 and 13.89 mg/g respectively,the contents of polysaccharide were 0.87 and 0.63 mg/grespectively.The contents of polysaccharide are 0.53 and 0.26 mg/grespectively.(2)The content of flavonoids in the leaves of TaxillusSutchuensisDanser of Gleditsiasinensiswas about 2.7 times that in the leaves ofTaxillus SutchuensisDanser of Zanthoxylumbungeanum,while the content of flavonoids in the branches and stems of TaxillusSutchuensis Danser of Zanthoxylumbungeanumwas more than 5 times that in the branches and stems of TaxillusSutchuensisDanser of Gleditsiasinensis.(3)The contents of polysaccharide in leaf and stem TaxillusSutchuensisDanser of Gleditsiasinensis was 1.6 times and 2.4 times higher than that in Taxillus Sutchuensis Danser of Zanthoxylumbungeanum respectively.(4)All samples are rich in 12 kinds of metal elements K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,V,Co,Cr,Cu,Zn,Mo and Ni which are necessary for human body.The contents of K、Ca,Mg、Fe、Mn、V、Co、Cr in Taxillus Sutchuensis Danser of Zanthoxylumbungeanum andTaxillusSutchuensisDanser of Gleditsiasinensis showed that the leaves were higher than the branches and stems,the contents of Zn,Mo and Ni in the branches and stems were higher than the leaves,and the contents of Cu in the leaves and branches and stems of the two kinds of Taxillus Sutchuensis Danserwere not much different.
