摘 要:油液可压缩性是液压系统建模与分析的一个重要参数,对液压控制系统的动态响应特性影响较大。在分析电液比例压力控制系统的基础上,引入油液压缩性,建立相应的数学模型;利用AMESim建立其仿真模型。仿真结果表明:油液压缩性对电液比例溢流阀和电液比例压力控制系统静态特性影响较小;对电液比例溢流阀和电液比例压力控制系统的动态特性影响较大。仿真结果为电液比例压力控制系统设计提供了理论支撑。Hydraulic fluid compressibility is an important parameter for the modeling and analysis of hydraulic system, which has great influence on the dynamic response characteristics of hydraulic control system.The corresponding mathematical model was established by analyzing the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure regulating system, in which the oil compressibility was introduced.AMESim was used to build its simulation model.The simulation results show that hydraulic fluid compressibility has little effect on the static characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve and electro-hydraulic proportional pressure regulating system;it has great influence on the dynamic characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve and electro-hydraulic proportional pressure regulating system.The simulation results provide theoretical support for the design of electro-hydraulic proportional pressure regulating system.
