骨化三醇胶丸联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的效果及对Hcy和Cys-C及β_(2)-MG水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察骨化三醇胶丸联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的效果及对血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和胱抑素C(Cys-C)、β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月湖南省石门县人民医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者60例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例。常规治疗基础上,对照组给予盐酸贝那普利片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗,2组均治疗3个月。比较2组患者治疗效果,治疗前后氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、高级氧化蛋白产物(AOPPs)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]及Hcy、Cys-C、β_(2)-MG水平。结果治疗3个月,研究组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);2组MDA、AOPPs水平和Hcy、Cys-C、β_(2)-MG水平均较治疗前降低,SOD水平较治疗前升高,且研究组改善程度优于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论糖尿病肾病患者采取骨化三醇胶丸联合贝那普利治疗可获得满意疗效,且能够更好地改善氧化应激指标及Hcy、Cys-C、β_(2)-MG水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective Observe the effect of calcitriol soft capsules combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy and its influence on the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy),cystatin C(Cys-C)and β_(2) microglobulin(β_(2)-MG).Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the People's Hospital of Shimen County were selected,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets,and the study group was treated with calcitriol soft capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.To compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients,oxidative stress indicators[malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced oxidized protein products(AOPPs),superoxide dismutase(SOD)]and Hcy,Cys-C,β_(2)-MG levels before and after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);The levels of MDA,AOPPs,Hcy,Cys-C,andβ_(2)-MG levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment,while SOD levels were higher than before treatment,and the improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy with calcitriol soft capsules combined with benazepril can achieve satisfactory results,and can better improve oxidative stress indicators and improve Hcy,Cys-C,andβ_(2)-MG levels.It is worthy of clinical application.
