摘 要:盾构机主驱动密封系统是盾构机的关键系统之一,主驱动密封圈性能直接影响盾构机的性能。对影响盾构机主驱动密封性能的唇形密封圈主要结构参数建立正交试验方案,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立盾构机主驱动密封圈工作过程中开启压力差及接触宽度的计算方法,并按照正交试验方案对开启压力差及接触宽度进行仿真计算,然后对计算结果进行方差分析。分析结果表明:唇形密封圈的唇高度和唇厚度对开启压力差有显著影响,唇曲度和唇高度对接触宽度有显著影响。根据密封要求与分析结果,选取唇曲度为17 mm,唇高度为22.35 mm,压缩量为7.1 mm,唇厚度为5 mm的密封圈结构为最适结构,结构优化后开启压力差降低33%,接触宽度降低23%。The main drive sealing system of shield tunneling machine is one of the key systems of the shield tunneling machine, the performance of the main drive sealing ring directly affects the performance of the shield tunneling machine.An orthogonal test scheme was established for the main structural parameters of lip seal ring which affect the sealing performance of the shield machine’s main drive.The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish the calculation method of opening pressure difference and contact width in the working process of main drive sealing ring of shield machine.According to the orthogonal test scheme, the opening pressure difference and the contact width were simulated, and the calculation results were analyzed by variance.The results show that the lip height and the lip thickness of the lip sealing ring have a significant effect on the opening pressure difference, the lip curvature and the lip height have significant effects on the contact width.According to the sealing requirements and analysis results, the optimal structure of the seal ring with a lip curvature of 17 mm, a lip height of 22.35 mm, a compression amount of 7.1 mm, and a lip thickness of 5 mm is obtained.After structural optimization, the opening pressure difference is reduced by 33% and the contact width is reduced by 23%.
