摘 要:为研究Z型全氟聚醚(PFPE-Z)系润滑剂在高温大气环境中的适用性,在高温大气环境中分别进行PFPE-Z润滑剂的蒸发损失试验、极限使用温度试验和腐蚀性试验,确定轴承用PFPE-Z系润滑剂的极限使用温度;使用超景深数码显微系统、能谱仪、红外光谱仪对试验后的轴承材料和PFPE-Z润滑油进行微观检测及成分分析,获得PFPE-Z润滑油对不同金属的腐蚀速率及PFPE-Z润滑油的降解速率。结果表明:在高温大气环境中,PFPE-Z润滑脂(聚四氟乙烯增稠)的极限使用温度为290℃,PFPE-Z润滑油的极限使用温度为310℃;PFPE-Z润滑油对轴承常用金属材料均有腐蚀性,但对不同的金属材料腐蚀速率各不相同。In order to study the applicability of Z-type perfluoropolyether(PFPE-Z) lubricant in high temperature and atmospheric environment, the evaporation loss test, maximum operating temperature test and corrosion test of PFPE-Z lubricant were carried out in high temperature and atmospheric environment respectively to determine the maximum operating temperature of PFPE-Z lubricant.Ultrafine depth of field digital microscopic system, energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS) and fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer(FTIR) were used for microscopic observation and component analysis for the bearing materials and PFPE-Z lubricating oi, and the corrosion rate of PFPE-Z lubricating oil to different bearing materials and the degradation rate of PFPE-Z lubricating oil were obtained.The results show that in high temperature and atmospheric environment, the maximum operating temperature of PFPE-Z grease(PTFE thickened) is 290 ℃,the maximum operating temperature of PFPE-Z lubricating oil is 310 ℃.PFPE-Z lubricating oil is corrosive to common metal materials of bearings, but the corrosion rate of different metal materials is different.
