对铁路货车轴承压装质量改善措施的分析与探讨

摘　　要：本文着重对铁路货车滚动轴承压装质量存在的问题进行了调查,指出了轴承压装存在的缺陷、对人员配置、作业程序、工艺落实、工装设备等存在的问题及原因进行了分析,并提出了改进建议,以便于现场作业人员根据此原因分析和建议制定出合理的修正措施,保证轴承压装质量,排除因轴承压装质量不良造成的安全风险隐患,确保压装后轴承性能可靠,质量稳定,运行中安全,不因轮轴轴承故障造成车辆事故。This paper focuses on the investigation of the press mounting problems of railway wagon rolling bearing. It analyzes the existing problems and causes from the aspects of personnel allocation, operation procedure, process implementation and tooling equipment, and puts forward improvement suggestions, so that the on-site operators can formulate reasonable correction measures according to the analysis and suggestions, ensure the bearing press mounting quality and eliminate the potential safety risks, ensure the reliable performance, stable quality and safe operation of the bearing after press mounting, and avoid vehicle accidents due to axle bearing failure.
