摘 要:新中国成立后,伴随官僚资本主义企业转变为社会主义全民所有制企业,企业职工的身份也发生了根本变化,即由原来出卖劳动力、居于社会底层的“夫役”转变为新中国领导阶级的一员。然而,从被动获得领导阶级的身份到真正树立主人翁意识、认可中国共产党的领导并自觉、自愿为社会主义建设作出巨大贡献,这一过程却并非一蹴而就。剖析上海铁路管理局对铁路职工所作的思想政治教育、扫盲文化教育、职业技能培训以及参与民主管理等工作,可以从微观层面展示新中国成立初期以身份、制度、觉悟等为要素的新型社会主义劳动者的塑造模式。After the founding of New China,with the transformation of bureaucratic capitalist enterprises into socialist enterprises owned by the whole people,the identity of enterprise employees also change fundamentally,from selling labor force to a member of the leading class of New China.However,the process from passively obtaining the identity of the leading class to truly establishing the sense of owner⁃ship and recognizing the leadership and consciousness of the Communist Party of China is not achieved o⁃vernight.Analyzing the ideological and political education,literacy and cultural education,vocational skill training and participation in democratic management of railway workers made by Shanghai Railway Administration can show the shaping model of new socialist workers with identity,system and conscious⁃ness in the early days of the founding of New China from the micro level.
