摘　　要：目的:对英文版No K-Pi C量表进行汉化及信度、效度评价。方法:使用既定程序对31项英文版No K-Pi C量表进行汉化及信度、效度评价,方便抽取某市三级甲等医院关怀科101名参与住院病人照护的亲属进行问卷调查。采用探索性因子分析法评估量表的结构效度,采用内容效度指数、Cronbach’sα系数及Pearson相关系数对量表的内容效度、内部一致性信度和重测信度进行评价。结果:探索性因子分析得到7个公因子,分别代表量表的7个维度,累积解释总变异的77.09%,各量表条目因子载荷均>40%。量表内容效度指数为0.904,Cronbach’sα系数为0.910,总量表两次调查得分的Pearson相关系数为0.541(P<0.001)。“沟通与信任”“参与护理”2个子量表Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.890,0.833,子量表两次调查得分的Pearson相关系数分别为0.605,0.508(P<0.001),7个维度的相关系数为0.444~0.642(均P<0.001)。结论:中文版No K-Pi C量表可用于了解病人亲属对医院和关怀环境人文化管理的评价。Objective:To translate the English version of Participation of Next of Kin in Care in Sheltered Housing(No K-Pi C)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods:The sinicization and reliability and validity test of the 31-item No K-Pi C scale were conducted using the established procedures.A total of 101 relatives who participated in the care of inpatients in the care department of a tertiary grade A hospital in a city were enrolled conveniently to conduct a questionnaire survey.Exploratory factor analysis was used to evaluate the scale’s construct validity;content validity index,Cronbach’s alpha coefficient,and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to evaluate the scale’s content validity,internal consistency reliability,and test-retest reliability.Results:Exploratory factor analysis obtained7 common factors,representing the 7 dimensions of the scale,which cumulatively explained 77.09% of the total variance,and the factor loading of each scale item was >40%.The scale content validity index was 0.904,the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.910,and the Pearson correlation coefficient was 0.541(P<0.001).The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the two subscales of "communication and trust" and "participation in nursing care" were 0.890 and 0.833,respectively.The Pearson correlation coefficients of the two survey scores were 0.605 and 0.508,respectively(P<0.001).The correlation coefficients of the seven dimensions were 0.444-0.642(all P<0.001).Conclusions:The Chinese version of the No K-Pi C scale could be used to understand the evaluation of relatives of patients on the cultural management of people in hospitals and caring environments.
