摘  要:根据对步进式加热炉水梁漏水事故的分析,发现漏水位置均位于纵梁双管的上管与垫块连接的焊接端部。通过对多种原因分析排除,水梁漏水的原因是耐热垫块与水梁之间的焊接存在一定的缺陷,造成了水梁的应力集中;加上加热炉停炉过于频繁,加剧了水梁的疲劳损伤等几种因素叠加,最终导致水梁出现裂纹后漏水。通过改进两者之间的焊接工艺,提出了具体的改进方案,并通过数值模拟的方法进行验证。According to the analysis of the water leakage accident of the water beam of the walking heating furnace,it is found that the water leakage location is located at the welding end of the upper tube of the double pipe of the longitudinal beam and the spacer block.Through the analysis and elimination of various reasons,the cause of water leakage in the water beam is that there is a certain defect in the welding between the heat-resistant pad and the water beam,which causes the stress concentration of the water beam.In addition,the heating furnace is shut down too frequently,which intensifies the water flow.Several factors such as beam fatigue damage were superimposed,which eventually caused the water beam to leak after cracks.By improving the welding process between the two,a specific improvement plan was proposed and verified by numerical simulation.
