三维超声成像技术对Robert子宫初步诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用三维超声成像技术诊断Robert子宫的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析2019年6月—2020年7月我院诊治的4例Robert子宫病人的临床资料。结果 术前3例病人行三维超声成像检查明确诊断,1例11岁病人因不能经阴道行三维超声检查而漏诊。1例合并阴道闭锁病人行阴道闭锁切开成形术、宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术切除斜隔板;1例行宫腔镜手术切除斜隔板;1例行宫腔镜联合腹腔镜手术切除子宫斜隔板并清除盆腔内膜异位病灶;1例合并盲腔妊娠,开腹切开盲腔,取出胎儿。结论 应用三维超声成像技术能准确诊断Robert子宫,避免盲目腹腔镜手术或宫腔镜手术,提高手术安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of Robert uterus. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of four patients with Robert uterus who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2019 to July 2020. Results Three patients were diagnosed by three-dimensional ultrasound imaging before surgery, and one patient, aged 11 years, was missed since she was unable to undergo transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound. Among these patients, one patient with vaginal atresia underwent vaginoplasty and hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic surgery to remove the asymmetric septum;one patient underwent hysteroscopic surgery to remove the asymmetric septum;one patient underwent hysteroscopy and laparoscopic surgery to remove the asymmetric septum and ectopic endometrial focus;one patient with pregnancy in a blind hemi-cavity underwent laparotomy to open the blind hemi-cavity and remove the fetus.Conclusion The application of three-dimensional ultrasound imaging can accurately diagnose Robert uterus, avoid unnecessary laparoscopic surgery or hysteroscopic surgery, and improve the safety of surgery.
