摘　　要：本文介绍分析了新冠疫情对俄罗斯开展科研活动以及国际科技合作的影响,特别对中俄科技创新年框架下中俄科技合作的内容、形式及模式等变化进行了阐述和分析,并对后疫情时代中俄科技合作趋势进行预测分析,对中俄科技合作方向给出了建议。This paper introduces and analyzes the impact of COVID-19 on Russia’s scientific research activities and international scientific and technological cooperation, especially the impact on the changes in the content, form and mode of Sino-Russian scientific and technological cooperation under the framework of the China-Russia Year of Scientific and Technological Innovation. It also gives some suggestions on the direction and trend of Sino-Russian scientific and technological cooperation in the post epidemic era and under the background of Sino-U.S. Technology War.
