摘  要:作为制作导电图案的基础材料,导电墨水是柔性印制电子技术发展的关键。铜无颗粒型导电墨水材料凭借其制备灵活、稳定性好和烧结温度低等优势而备受关注。此类墨水有望解决铜纳米墨水在制备、储存和图案化过程中存在的聚集和氧化问题。以铜无颗粒型导电墨水为主要内容进行综述,对所涉及的铜前驱体材料的选择、墨水化方法、图案化方法和不同类型的应用进行了归纳和分析。讨论了铜无颗粒型导电墨水所面临的挑战和未来可能的研究方向。总的来看,短碳链的羧酸铜盐、胺类络合剂和混合醇类溶剂是配制高导和低温加工型铜基无颗粒型导电墨水的理想选择。铜前驱体新材料的开发、墨水配方和印刷质量的优化以及配套的低温烧结方法的探索,将是未来的研究重点。Conductive ink, the primary material used to create conductive patterns, is critical to the advancement of printed flexible electronic technology. Copper-based particle-free conductive ink materials have received significant attention due to their flexibility in preparation, good stability, and relatively low sintering temperature. The development of such inks has the potential to address the aggregation and oxidation issues that arise during the synthesis, storage and patterning processes of copper nano-inks. This article reviews recent advances of copper-based particle-free inks, and the selection of the copper precursors, ink formulation methods, patterning techniques and various applications are summarized and analyzed. The challenges and research trend are discussed. Overall, copper carboxylate salts with short carbon chains, amine complexing agents and mixed alcohol solvents are prone to generating low-temperature processing and high conductive copper particle-free inks. Future research will focus on the creation of new precursor materials, the optimization of ink formulas and printing quality, and the exploration of low-temperature sintering processes. The work is expected to provide theoretical guidance for the development of the metal particle-free inks that are highly conductive, printable and suitable for low-temperature sintering.
