摘  要:超级电容器是一种绿色储能节能器件,其性能主要是由电极材料所决定的。以疏松的石墨烯(GR)为模板,先后以吡咯(Py)和苯胺(ANi)为单体,采用两步原位聚合法制备了具有“三明治”结构的石墨烯/聚吡咯/聚苯胺(GR/PPy/PANi)复合材料,探索了原料比对复合材料结构、微观形貌、电化学性能的影响。研究表明,Py和ANi分别能均匀地聚合在GR和GR/PPy纳米片上;GR/PPy/PANi复合材料具有较小的内阻,兼有双电层电容和赝电容储能,当GR∶Py∶ANi原料质量比为1∶5∶5和电流密度为0.2 A/g时,其放电比电容和能量密度分别达到178.8 F/g和35.8 Wh/kg。原料比对GR/PPy/PANi复合材料电容性能的影响较大,通过对复合材料的优化设计,可以开发用作超级电容器的电极材料。Supercapacitor is a type of green energy storage device whose performance is mainly determined by electrode material.Graphene/polypyrrole/polyaniline(GR/PPy/PANi)sandwich structure composites were fabricated by a two-step in situ polymerization using loose graphene(GR)as template,pyrrole(Py)and aniline(ANi)as monomers.The effects of raw material ratio on the structure,morphology,electrical conductivity and electrochemical properties of the composites were investigated in detail.The results show that the Py and ANi could be uniformly aggregated on the GR and GR/PPy nanosheets,respectively.The GR/PPy/PANi composites have smaller resistance,double-layer capacitance and pseudocapacitance storage.As the raw material ratio increases,the specific capacitance and energy density of the composites first increase and then decrease.Its specific capacitance and energy density reached 178.8 F/g and 35.8 Wh/kg at the GR∶Py∶ANi ratio of 1∶5∶5 and current density of 0.2 A/g,respectively.The material ratio of the GR/PPy/PANi composites have great impact on the capacitance performance,and it can be developed as electrode materials for supercapacitor by optimizing the design of the composites.
