摘 要:提出了一种收集环境电磁能量的Vivaldi多频整流天线。接收天线为新型高增益对趾Vivaldi宽带天线,通过在两个金属臂外侧刻蚀两列不等长的锥形槽来延长其表面电流路径,从而改善低频辐射模式,天线在2~4.5 GHz低频带内增益提高了1~4.2 dBi。天线在1.16~6 GHz宽带内S;参数小于-10 dB,在该频段内设计三频整流电路,其Π型和T型两级阻抗匹配网络用于接收天线和整流二极管输入阻抗的匹配。将接收天线和整流电路集成,实验结果表明:当接收功率为2 dBm时,整流天线在2.06,3.43,5.25 GHz三频点处的最大转换效率分别为44.2%,42.8%,39.7%。该多频整流天线可用于物联网中的低功耗电子设备供电。A multi-band Vivaldi rectenna was proposed to collect the environmental electromagnetic energy.The receiving antenna was a new wideband antipodal Vivaldi antenna with high gain.Two rows of tapered grooves with unequal length were etched on the outer sides of two metal arms in order to extend the current paths and improve the radiation mode at the low-frequency.As a result,the gain was increased by 1-4.2 dBi at 2-4.5 GHz band.The S;parameter was less than-10 dB within 1.16-6 GHz band and a triple-band rectifier was designed in this band.The two-order impedance match network ofΠand T types was applied to match the input impedance of the receiving antenna to that of the rectifier.The receiving antenna and rectifier were integrated into the rectenna.The experimental results show that when the receiving power is 2 dBm,the maximum efficiencies at 2.06,3.43,5.25 GHz are 44.2%,42.8%and 39.7%,respectively.This multi-band rectenna could be used for power supply of the low-power electronic devices in the internet of things.
