摘 要:有源矩阵触摸屏内部集成了薄膜晶体管(TFT),用于控制触摸点的通断。针对现有有源矩阵触摸屏驱动电路输出电压只有+5 V及-5 V,且无法根据实际情况动态调节输出电压来满足薄膜晶体管高响应度的问题,设计了一种关于TFT触摸屏的驱动电路。其可以根据触摸屏中不同类型薄膜晶体管的导通特性动态输出范围为+5~+15 V的导通电压和-15~-5 V的关断电压。最后通过搭建测试验证平台进行测试,有源矩阵触摸屏驱动电路的同一通道可以输出正向和反向电压,且可以根据薄膜晶体管的工作状态动态调节输出电压的大小,验证了驱动电路的功能。Active matrix touch screen integrates thin film transistors(TFT)to control the on-and-off switch of touch points.The existing drive circuit of active matrix touch screen can only output+5 V and-5 V,which cannot be dynamically adjusted according to the actual situation to meet the high responsiveness of thin film transistor.A drive circuit was designed for TFT touch screen,which can output a dynamic turn-on voltage from+5 V to+15 V or shut-off voltage from-15 V to-5 V according to the switching characteristics of different types of thin film transistors in the touch screen.Finally,test was carried out by building a verification platform.The drive circuit of the active matrix touch screen can output forward and reverse voltages in the same channel,and the output voltage can be dynamically adjusted according to the working state of the thin film transistor,which verifies the function of the drive circuit.
