摘  要:介绍了一种宽带光控相控阵实现方法,给出了2~18 GHz宽带8×8紧耦合阵列天线的实现方案及仿真结果,配合光延时网络和波控单元,可以实现2~18 GHz频率范围内宽带射频信号的接收和波束扫描,天线口径效率最高达92%,俯仰和方位扫描范围为-45°~45°,为实现宽带光控阵技术进行了有益的尝试。This paper introduces a realization method of broadband optically controlled phased array,gives a realization project and simulation result of wideband 8×8 tightly coupled array antenna in 2~18 GHz.With an optical delay network and a wave-controlled unit,it is able to perform wideband radio frequency(RF)signal reception and beam scanning realized within the frequency range of 2~18 GHz.The antenna aperture efficiency can be up to 92%and its elevation and azimuth scanning range is-45°~45°,which is a useful attempt to realize broadband optically controlled array technology.
