摘 要:RFID阅读器的天线设计直接决定了阅读器的性能。采用单层FR4介质基板,设计一种双频RFID阅读器天线,通过在辐射贴片中间刻蚀1个四角星和4个边分别刻蚀半个四角星,实现尺寸缩小以及双频的覆盖。通过仿真调试,天线的几何尺寸为68 mm×68 mm×1.6 mm。通过加工与实测,天线的工作频段为0.920~0.935 GHz和2.40~2.51 GHz,相对阻抗带宽分别为1.73%和4.49%,在工作频段内有良好的辐射特性,能够满足手持式RFID阅读器天线低成本小型化的要求。The properties of RFID reader are directly determined by the antenna design.The dual-band RFID reader antenna adopted a single-layer substrate of FR4 medium.A four-angle star was cut in the middle of the radiation patch,and a half-four-angle star was slotted on each side.Then the size reduction and dual-band coverage were realized.Through simulation and analysis,the geometric size of the antenna is 68 mm×68 mm×1.6 mm.After processing and characteristion,it is revealed that the operating bands are 0.920~0.935 GHz and 2.40~2.51 GHz,and the relative impedance bandwidths are 1.73%and 4.49%respectively.Also,the antenna has good radiation characteristics in the operating bands.The antenna can meet the requirements of the handheld RFID reader antenna with low cost and minimization.
