摘  要:通过有限元模拟软件计算36 mm厚EH36钢气电立焊焊接接头温度场,获得热影响区的热循环曲线。依据该曲线进行焊接热模拟实验,对试样进行显微组织观察和-40℃低温冲击测试。实验结果与模拟计算结果吻合良好,表明用有限元方法能准确模拟EH36钢气电立焊热影响区的温度变化过程。In this paper,the temperature field in weld joint of 36 mm thick EH36 steel by gas-electric vertical welding was calculated by finite element simulation software,and the thermal cycle curve of the heat affected zone was obtained.According to the curve,the welding thermal simulation experiment was carried out,the microstructure of the sample was observed,and the low temperature impact test at-40℃was carried out.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results,indicating that the finite element meth-od can accurately simulate the temperature change process in the heat affected zone of EH36 steel.
