摘  要:为提高直流融冰装置利用率,减少占地面积,采用全桥模块化多电平变流器设计一台多功能直流融冰装置,能实现直流融冰、无功补偿、谐波抑制等功能,具有模块化、易于扩展、冗余性强、调制电压广等优点。考虑到MMC易于产生环流而增加损耗、使桥臂电流畸变等缺点,设计环流抑制器,并设计直流融冰和谐波补偿控制方案。利用RTLAB实时仿真平台进行仿真实验,结果表明,控制方案具备较好的融冰功能和无功补偿能力。In order to improve the utilization rate of the DC ice melting device and reduce the floor space,a DC ice melting device was designed by using full-bridge MMC.It can realize multiple functions of DC ice melting,reactive power compensation,harmonic suppression,and etc.It has the advantages of modulariza-tion,easy expansion,strong redundancy,wide modulation voltage,and etc.Considering the potential draw-backs of MMC in generating circulating current,increasing losses,and distorting bridge arm current,a circu-lating current suppressor and a scheme of DC ice melting and harmonic compensation control were designed.The RTLAB real-time simulation platform was used for simulation,and the results show that the control scheme exhibits better ice melting performance and reactive power compensation ability.
