摘 要:使用地面静爆试验手段获得破片的穿甲数据,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对不同形状、质量和着靶速度的93W钨合金破片侵彻Q235钢靶板的过程进行了数值模拟研究,修正了破片穿深的理论计算公式。利用静爆实验和数值模拟的数据与修正后公式的计算结果进行对比,修正后的经验公式能较好地计算93W钨合金破片侵彻Q235钢靶的穿深,同时在综合考量多种影响因素时,改变破片形状影响穿甲能力相比其他因素更容易取得良好的效果。研究结果对使用钨制破片的杀伤战斗部破片设计具有重要的参考意义。In order to study the influence of various parameters on penetration depth of tungsten fragments,the penetration data of fragments were obtained by means of ground static explosion test,and the penetration process of 93W tungsten alloy fragments into Q235 steel target with different shapes,masses and target speeds was numerically simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software,and the theoretical calculation formula of penetration depth of fragments was modified accordingly.The results of static explosion experiment and numerical simulation were compared with the calculation results of the modified formula.The results show that the modified empirical formula can calculate the penetration depth of 93W tungsten alloy fragments into Q235 steel target well,and when considering various influencing factors,it is easier to change the shape of fragments to influence armor piercing ability than other factors.The research results have important reference significance for fragment design of fragmentation warhead by using tungsten fragments.
