摘 要:为弥补实验测试的不足,利用有限元仿真方法,对分装结构装药的爆炸式催泪弹爆炸初期过程及刺激剂云团扩散速度、扩散直径、扩散高度等扩散特性进行了仿真研究,获得了催泪弹爆炸过程及刺激剂云团扩散的相关参数,并与实验结果进行了对比。结果表明:仿真结果与实验结果吻合较好,爆炸初期过程刺激的扩散形状和规律两者基本相同,刺激剂呈现两端伞状扩散,同时受空气阻力及湍流影响形成了回卷滚动。云团直径与云团高度均在3 ms附近时出现拐点,在10.2 ms后,曲线处于平缓上升趋势;在0.5至0.8 ms时间段内,刺激剂云团经历了加速阶段速度最大值,最大值区间为[1304,1562]m/s,也与实验测试结果较为吻合。In order to calculate the diffusion speed,diffusion diameter,diffusion height and other parameters of CS irritant agent cloud of explosive tear gas bombs and to make up for the lack of experimental testing,the finite element simulation method was used to simulate the initial explosion process of tear gas with divided structure and the diffusion characteristics of irritant agent,and the relevant parameters of tear gas explosion process and the diffusion of irritant cloud were obtained,which were verified by comparison with experimental results.The results show that the explosion particles in the simulation present umbrella-like diffusion at both ends and are rolled back and rolled under the influence of air resistance and turbulent flow,which are basically the same as the diffusion shape and law of the experimental sample bomb after the explosion.The inflection point appears when the cloud cluster diameter and cloud cluster height are both near 3 ms.After 10.2 ms,the curve is in a gentle upward trend.During the 0.5-0.8 ms period,the stimulant experienced the maximum speed of the acceleration phase,and the maximum range is[1304,1562]m/s.The simulation results are more consistent with the experimental test results.
