摘  要:研究采用分段装药、延期爆破的方法构筑单人掩体,于战场迅速成壕。基于AUTODYN软件建立不同总装药量的3个模型进行数值模拟,发现在一定范围内漏斗尺寸与总装药量成正相关;提取模型中并设置的测点速度时间曲线,分析不同位置岩块的运动特征;通过爆破实验,发现爆破产生的漏斗和模拟结果尺寸较为一致,由于爆炸抛洒后岩土回填,炸坑尺寸与形状基本可以满足单兵站姿战壕的需求。This paper studied the method of using segmented charges and delayed blasting to construct a single-person bunker,which quickly forms trenches on the battlefield.Based on the AUTODYN software,three sets of different total charges mass were established.The model was numerically simulated,and the size of the blasting funnel produced.It is found that the funnel size is positively correlated with the total charge in a certain range;the velocity-time curve of the measuring points set in the model is extracted,and the rock blocks at different positions are obtained after analysis.Movement characteristics were presented;It was found that the size of the funnel produced by blasting was relatively consistent with the simulation results.Due to the rock and soil backfilling after blasting,the size and shape of the blast hole can basically meet the needs of individual soldiers standing in trenches.
