摘 要:随着西瓜高质量基因组图谱的绘制,大量的功能基因被发现和鉴定,并开发了与目标性状紧密连锁的分子标记,从而应用于西瓜育种。通过对西瓜相关基因定位和连锁标记开发的总结,综述了分子标记在西瓜抗枯萎病、白粉病等抗病虫育种,糖度、硬度等品质性状改良育种和果实、植株、种子农艺性状改良育种中的研究和应用进展,为西瓜分子标记辅助育种提供参考。并对西瓜分子标记辅助育种工作进行了展望。A large number of functional genes have been discovered and identified with the development of high-quality reference genomes of watermelon. Molecular markers closely linked to target traits have been developed for application in watermelon breeding. This paper summarized the related work of gene identification and linkage marker development in watermelon. We reviewed the progresses of research and application molecular markers in watermelon breeding including the resistance to Fusarium wilt and powdery mildew, the quality traits such as sugar content and firmness, the agronomic traits such as fruits, plants and seeds for molecular marker-assisted breeding of watermelon. We also prospected the future work of molecular marker-assisted breeding in watermelon.
