健康成人白细胞表面CD64和HLA-DR相关指标参考区间的建立及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的建立健康成人白细胞表面CD64和HLA-DR相关指标的参考区间,并分析其影响因素。方法选取北京大学第一医院体检中心126名22~60岁的健康成人,其中男69名,女57名。采用流式细胞术检测其白细胞表面CD64和HLA-DR表达,通过公式计算相关指标;分析年龄、性别对白细胞表面CD64和HLA-DR相关指标的影响,并建立参考区间。结果不同年龄健康成人CD64差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。18~29岁组单核细胞HLA-DR平均荧光强度低于40~49岁组和50~59岁组(P值分别为0.023、0.007),单核细胞HLADR荧光强度中位数低于50~59岁组(P=0.034)。男性与女性白细胞表面CD64和HLA-DR相关指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论建立了健康成人白细胞表面CD64和HLA-DR相关指标的参考区间。年龄会影响健康成人白细胞表面HLA-DR相关指标检测结果。Objective To establish the reference intervals of leukocyte surface CD64 and HLA-DR indexes for healthy adults,and to investigate the factors on the reference intervals.Methods Totally,126 healthy subjects aged 22 to 60 years,including 69 males and 57 females,were enrolled from Peking University First Hospital.The expressions of CD64 and HLA-DR on the surface of leukocytes were determined by flow cytometry.Some related indicators were calculated through formula.The reference intervals of CD64 and HLA-DR were established.The influence of age and sex on the reference intervals was investigated.Results There was no statistical significance between different ages and CD64(P>0.05).The mean fluorescence intensity of monocyte HLA-DR in 18-29-year-old group was lower than those in 40-49-year-old and 50-59-year-old groups(P>0.05,P=0.023,P=0.007).The mean fluorescence intensity of monocyte HLA-DR in 18-29-year-old group was lower than that in 50-59-year-old group(P=0.034).There was no statistical significance in leukocyte surface CD64 and HLA-DR indexes between males and females(P>0.05).Conclusions The reference intervals of leukocyte surface CD64 and HLA-DR indexes for healthy adults have been established.Age may influence the results of leukocyte surface HLA-DR in healthy adults.
