摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式对乳腺癌化疗患者健康信念、自我管理及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选取2019年12月—2020年5月南通大学附属医院肿瘤化疗科104例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对对照组行术后常规健康教育干预,观察组行聚焦解决模式干预。比较两组患者健康信念评分、癌症患者自我管理测评量表和癌症疲乏量表评分。结果干预后,观察组健康信念、自我管理水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌因性疲乏得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式可改善乳腺癌化疗患者健康信念、自我管理及癌因性疲乏。Objective To explore the eff ect of focused solution model on health belief,self-management and cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer chemotherapy patients.Methods 104 breast cancer patients in the Department of Oncology and Chemotherapy,Affi liated Hospital of Nantong University from December 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of basic feature matching,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 52 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education intervention,the observation group received focused solution model intervention.Health belief score,cancer patient self-management assessment scale and cancer fatigue scale scores were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of health belief and self-management in the observation group were higher than the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The score of cancer-related fatigue was lower than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused resolution model could improve health belief,self-management and cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
