摘 要:梭式窑是应用于烧制如艺术瓷、日用瓷等小型陶瓷的非连续性窑炉。结构紧凑、产品适应性强的传统梭式窑和控制精准、烧成确定性强的全自动梭式窑在控制方式、热能利用方面存在诸多差异。本文利用PLC控制、流体动力仿真学,研究对比传统梭式窑与全自动梭式窑在温度控制、能耗大小。为不同需求,不同应用条件下使用梭式窑的企业、个人提供理论指导。Shuttle kiln is a discontinuous kiln used for firing small ceramics such as art porcelain and daily-use porcelain.There are many differences between the traditional shuttle kiln with compact structure and strong product adaptability and the automatic shuttle kiln with accurate control and strong firing certainty in terms of control mode and thermal energy utilization. In this paper, PLC control and fluid dynamics simulation are used to study and compare the temperature control and energy consumption of traditional shuttle kiln and automatic shuttle kiln.Provide theoretical guidance for enterprises and individuals using shuttle kiln under different needs and application conditions.
