全球疫情新态势下四川国际物流枢纽运行风险和对策分析

摘　　要：首先分析了四川省的区位优势以及全球疫情背景下其面向“一带一路”沿线国家的进出口贸易情况。然后基于SEIR仓室仿真模型和进出口依赖度定量评估四川国际物流枢纽受疫情影响产生的风险,并提出相应对策。最后探讨了疫情形势下四川国际物流枢纽新的发展机遇。Firstly,the paper analyzed the location advantages of Sichuan province and its import and export trade to countries along the Belt and Road Initiative in the context of the global epidemic.Then,based on SEIR warehouse simulation model and import and export dependence model,the paper quantitatively assessed the risks of Sichuan international logistics hub affected by COVID 19 and proposed corresponding countermeasures.Finally,the paper discussed the development opportunities for the Sichuan International logistics hub amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
