摘 要:以高校校院逆向物流回收点为例,实地访谈调查回收点运营现状、作业流程和产品周转量等,结合系统布置设计(SLP)方法对运城学院逆向物流回收点的工艺路线进行优化,完善功能区划分种类,最终设计出回收点内合理的功能区位置布局方案,加速回收物的循环利用,使得废弃物得到安全处理,为节约资源、保护环境提供技术决策。Taking a reverse logistics recycling point on university campus as the research object,the paper conducted field interviews to investigate the operation status,operation process and product turnover of the recycling point.Then,combined with SLP method,it optimized the process route of the recycling point on campus of Yuncheng University,and improved the division of its functional areas.Finally,it designed a reasonable scheme of internal layout for functional areas in the recycling point,which could accelerate the moving rate of the recycled products and more safely treat the waste materials.
