摘 要:合理调度岸桥以保障装卸过程中船舶稳性是集装箱码头安全生产的客观要求。针对岸桥调度问题,提出集装箱装卸作业对船舶稳性的影响机理,考虑船舶稳性要求、岸桥不可跨越、岸桥间安全距离和集装箱组优先级等约束,以最小化装卸完工时间为目标构建混合整数规划模型,并设计遗传算法求解该模型。对比不同规模算例,结果表明相较于不考虑船舶稳性的调度方案,所得结果可提高至少82.5%的稳定度。In this paper,in view of the problem of quay crane scheduling,we proposed the influence mechanism of container loading and unloading operations on ship stability.Considering constraints such as ship stability requirements,non-crossover limit of the quay crane,safety distance between quay cranes and order of priority of container groups,we established a mixed integer programming model aimed at minimizing the completion time of loading and unloading activities and designed a genetic algorithm to solve it.At the end,by comparing examples of different scales,we arrived at results showing that as compared to scheduling plans with no ship stability consideration,the results obtained using the method of this paper was at least 82.5%superior in terms of ship stability.
