印度稻米出口贸易时空格局及地缘影响力

摘　　要：作为世界第一大稻米出口国,印度稻米出口贸易格局在一定程度上关系到全球稻米供给及粮食安全,并对地缘格局带来一定影响。本文基于FAOSTAT数据,利用网络结构测度指标和以地缘视角为基础的聚类分析方法,旨在探析印度稻米出口贸易格局及其地缘影响力。研究发现:①从2012年起,印度成为全球稻米出口第一大国,且稻米出口贸易的网络组织规模不断扩大,网络连接结构更加紧密;印度稻米出口贸易时空扩展呈现出较为明显的分布规律,即出口主要集中在南亚、西亚、东非等地区,并逐渐向更多的国家或地区进行扩张,成为影响世界粮食安全的重要国家之一。②印度稻米出口贸易地缘影响力的空间扩张呈现出明显的中心—外围格局,即对印度周边国家的地缘影响力最强,呈现出由南亚国家向环印度洋地区递减扩散的空间推移规律。③在经济利益、政治权力及地缘环境要素的综合作用下,印度通过稻米出口贸易不断增强其地缘影响力,进一步提升了其在南亚及环印度洋地区的地缘权力位势。本文结果可为中国“一带一路”倡议的推进及贸易政策的制定提供理论依据和实践参考。As the world’s largest rice exporter,Indian rice export trade pattern is related to the global rice supply and food security to a certain extent,and has a certain impact on the geo-pattern.This study based on FAOSTAT data and using network structure measurement index and cluster analysis method from a geographic perspective,this study explored the pattern of Indian rice export trade and its geo-influence.The research found that:(1)Since 2012,India has become the largest rice exporter in the world.The network organization of the country’s rice export trade continues to expand and the network connection structure is tighter.The spatiotemporal expansion of Indianrice export trade shows a obvious distribution pattern,that is,Indian rice exports are mainly concentrated in South Asia,West Asia,and East Africa and gradually expand to more countries or regions,and India has become one of the important countries affecting world food security.(2)The spatial expansion of the geo-influence of Indian rice export trade presents an obvious core-peripheral pattern,that is,it has the strongest geo-influence on theneighboring countries,gradual diminishing from South Asian countries to around the Indian Ocean rim.(3)Under the comprehensive effect of economic interests,political power,and geo-environmental elements,India has continuously enhanced its geo-influence through rice export trade,further enhancing its geo-power position in South Asia and the Indian Ocean Rim.The results of this paper can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the promotion of China’s Belt and Road initiative and the formulation of trade policies.
