摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭中医称为心衰病,是心血管疾病的常见病、难治病,王道成教授从阴阳学说论治心衰病,认为其病位主要在心,其病机总属本虚标实:气虚为其本,瘀水为其标,阳虚为病进之要,阴虚可为其伴随症状,后期阴阳两虚。治疗特点主要有:益火之源,以消阴翳;阴中求阳,以平为期;因时制宜,天人相应;心神同治,阴阳相交;善用药对,阴阳相伍;长于膏方,统调阴阳。并自创“芪参益气活血方”,辨证加减,临床疗效可观。Chronic heart failure(hereinafter referred to as CHF for short)is a common and difficult-to-treat cardiovascular disease.Professor Wang Daocheng differentiates and treats it from the yin-yang theory,believing that its disease location is mainly in the heart,and it’s mostly caused by the root deficiency and manifested as excess,with qi deficiency as its root cause and blood stasis and water retention as its manifestations.Put it in a more exact way,yang deficiency is the key reason for its progression,and yin deficiency is only its accompanying symptom,while deficiency of both yin and yang develops in its later stage.Professor Wang Daocheng’s method for treating chronic heart failure is mainly characterized by the follows:invigorating the heart to eliminate the blood stasis and water retention,cultivating yang from yin to coordinate the two elements,taking appropriate measures in accordance with the specific circumstances of different periods to maintain the correspondence between the human body and natural environment,regulating the heart and spirit together to help yin and yang interact,using couplet drugs in the form of creams to coordinate yin and yang.He forms the Qishen Yiqi Huoxue prescription to treat the disease and modifies it flexibly in accordance with specific syndromes,which has achieved a significant clinical effect.
