针刀镜治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果及对患者关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨微创针刀镜对膝骨性关节炎患者关节功能改善的临床疗效。方法选取50例膝骨性关节炎患者,采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,各25例。观察组给予微创针刀镜治疗,对照组给予常规关节镜手术治疗。统计记录2组患者接受治疗后Lysholm膝关节评分和疼痛评分、统计对比两组患者各项手术临床指标、并发症发生率、手术治疗有效率以及患者接受手术治疗后等各项生理指标,并形成对比。结果治疗后,观察组Lysholm膝关节评分、VAS评分优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,各项手术临床指标及生理指标改善情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创针刀镜手术在膝骨性关节炎治疗中能有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者治愈率及术后康复速度,减少患者临床不良反应发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the minimally invasive acupotomy on the improvement of joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of fifty patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the minimally invasive acupotomy,while the control group was treated with the conventional arthroscopic surgery.The Lysholm knee joint scores and pain scores of the two groups were statistically recorded after treatment,and the clinical indicators of surgery,incidence of complications,effective rate of the surgical treatment and physiological indicators of the patients after surgery were statistically compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the Lysholm knee joint score and VAS score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,while the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the improvement of various surgical clinical and physiological indexes was better than that in the control group,all with a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive acupotomy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the cure rate and postoperative recovery speed,and reduce the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions.
